When will the breakdown come?
Those of you through Scotland and Ireland will say, "The breakdown has already arrive". You're certainly having your share of unsettled conditions and these look set to persist through the weekend and into next week.
However, for central and eastern parts of England there is some hot weather around. This does look set to persist during the weekend and the beginning of next week, although there will be a slow breakdown in conditions with thundery rain affecting Wales and northern England, and then eventually through southern and central England.
Current forecast models suggest it will be the second half of the week before cooler and fresher weather arrives from the Atlantic. This will be bringing periods of rain as fronts push eastwards.
Whatever the weather, keep the sun shining.
