Prevailing south west winds keeping it mild
With migratory areas of low pressure west of Ireland expected to sweep north east across the United Kingdom, latest computer models now keeping it milder and often wet and windy though confidence is medium at this point. If lows were to move further south they could drag some colder air south but looks like we'll have to wait and see.
