High pressure dominates, but not exclusively
High pressure is constantly affecting much of the south of the country, and will build northwards to affect many areas. Fronts will be passing eastwards from time to time bringing some rain, especially to Scotland. As these fronts clear east a cold northerly wind may briefly bring some very cold weather to eastern Scotland and eastern England with Monday being most favoured for these conditions.
