Butterlies emerging, wasps flying, is it really December?
Here's a picture I took in my garden this afternoon. One of the most beautiful butterflies I have seen this year, and this is meant to be December.
Nature certainly seems to be confused by the mild conditions; at the end of November I noticed a wasp flying around, long after they should have dies away.
However, whilst the press use this as evidence of global warming we have to be careful, one butterfly does not a global warming story make!
Whatever the weather, keep the sun shining!
