Frequent heavy showers are expected at times today in the west, particularly during the afternoon and evening, giving rainfall totals of 25 to locally 40 mm over southwest facing upslopes. Showers will ease overnight into Wednesday. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Environment Agency Floodline and "Flood Warnings in Force", and to Traffic Wales for further advice on road conditions.
