Persistent and at times heavy rain will affect some western parts of Scotland during Saturday. Between 15 and 20mm may occur in any given three hour period, whilst between 50 and 80mm of rainfall is expected in total. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Scottish Environment Protection Agency Live Flood Warning information. In addition, the public are advised to refer to Traffic Scotland for further advice on road conditions in the area.
