Slow-moving thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain, are expected to spread northwards during the rest of the afternoon and into the evening. Torrential downpours, with a risk of large hail, are likely locally, bringing the risk of up to 25mm of rain in 3 hours. The Public are advised to take extra care and refer to 'Traffic Scotland' for further advice on road conditions.
