Locally heavy rain affecting Northern Ireland during the rest of this evening and into the early hours of Thursday morning could give totals of 15 to 25 mm in 3 hours in some western areas. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to Traffic Watch (NI) for further advice on road conditions.
