Outbreaks of heavy rain will spread northeast across eastern Dumfries, The Borders and Angus through the early hours of Friday morning. Accumulations of 15mm in 3 hours are expected. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Scottish Environment Protection Agency "Live Flood Warning Information", and also to "Traffic Scotland" for further advice on road conditions.
