Outbreaks of heavy rain will occur this morning and early afternoon. Accumulations of 15mm in a 3 hour period expected, with total accumulations of 20-25mm, locally 30mm possible. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Scottish Environment Protection Agency "Live Flood Warning Information", and also to "Traffic Scotland" for further advice on road conditions.
