Heavy and perhaps thundery showers will continue to move east across parts of East Anglia and south Lincolnshire over the next few hours before clearing from the west. Rainfall totals of 15mm in 3 hours are expected locally. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the "Highways Agency" for further advice regarding traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.
