Heavy showers with isolated thunderstorms will be slow moving this afternoon and early evening, giving accumulations of 15mm in a 3 hour period and localised totals of 30mm. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Scottish Environment Protection Agency "Live Flood Warning Information". Also refer to "Traffic Scotland" for further advice on road conditions.
