Rain will become persistent and heavy across southeastern England on Monday morning with accumulations of 15-30 mm expected quite widely. The public are advised to take extra care, referring to the latest Environment Agency, Floodline, and Flood Warnings in force, and the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.
