Rain will become heavier during Monday evening and overnight giving totals of 15 mm in 3 hours. It will be particularly heavy and persistent over high ground where totals in excess of 50 mm are likely. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Environment Agency, Floodline, and Flood Warnings in force and refer to Traffic Wales for further advice on road conditions.
