Correction. Previous Text should have read Thursday rather than Friday Further frequent snow showers will continue to affect the Highland area throughout much of Thursday adding to the accumulation totals, which have already fallen, with final totals, of around 5 to 8cm, at low levels with, 10-15cm over the hills. This snow, will continue to drift, in the strong northwesterly winds. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to Traffic Scotland for further advice on road conditions.
