An area of rain will lie across the area during this evening and overnight giving rainfall totals of up to 30mm. This rain will turn to snow above 400 metres giving accumulations of 5 to 10cm and 15cm over the highest routes. Some wet snow possible to lower levels in the heavier outbreaks. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to "Traffic Scotland" for further advice on road conditions and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency "Live Flood Warning Information" for flooding risk.
