LISBON, - Storms forced the closure of seven ports in central and northern Portugal on Sunday. A tugboat being towed from Gibraltar to Denmark was adrift off the coast of Portugal on Sunday after the cable linking it to another tug broke in bad weather, sea rescue services said. The tug, which had no crew aboard, started drifting at about 6:00 am (0600 GMT) and half an hour later was some five kilometres (three miles) west of the Berlengo islands, they said, quoted by Lusa news agency.
