Flash floods and mudslides affected the Caribbean on Monday after a tropical low unleashed heavy rain across Jamaica, Cuba and Haiti. Twenty-six deaths were reported in Jamaica and Haiti as a result of the storm. Flash flood warnings remain for the entire island of Jamaicaas local forecasters expect the heavy rains to continue.
