Record Rainfall

SOFIA - Around 100 buildings were flooded and over 20 people evacuated amid record flash floods in central Bulgaria, civil defence officials said Friday. The rainfall Thursday evening was the most intense on record, according to weathermen in the town of Veliko Tarnovo, where transport was disrupted by the precipitation.
