Today
A breezy, showery day across the United Kingdom and western France today. Bitterly cold across Scandinavia. While A dry, sunny day is expected for Finland, outbreaks of snow will affect Norway, Sweden and Denmark. An area of rain will lie across the Low Countries into eastern France and northern Spain where it will be heaviest. Very cold too across The Baltic States and Poland but dry. Dry as well for the Balearics, Germany, Austria into Switzerland with plenty of showers for Italy, Turkey and Greece.
Saturday
Rather unsettled across western Europe and the Mediterranean. An area of rain is expected from the United Kingdom into France and Spain, though perhaps dry in the far east of Spain into the Balearics. Showers will replace the rain across Benelux with rain and snow spreading in across Germany and the Baltic region. Still more snow to come across Sweden, Denmark and Norway, some of it heavy. Heavy showers, some with thunder are likely across Italy, Greece and Crete.
