<b>Warmest across southern Spain</b> <br><br>  <b>Today</b><br> Windy with heavy rain across Turkey and Cyprus. Showers and light rain is expected through Spain into the Balearics while to the east through Italy and Greece it's dry and sunny, though dense fog will linger in the Milano area all day. Cloudy with rain and drizzle through central France into Germany and Holland. Colder and windier with sleet and snow showers for Norway, Sweden, the Baltic States and Poland with heavy snow for Finland where temperatures will remain well below freezing. It looks dry across the UK into northern France.

 <b>Tuesday</b><br> A bitterly cold day to come across Scandinavia with a good deal of sunshine though snow showers are expected across Norway. An area of rain is expected from eastern France into The Low Countries, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Colder with sleet and snow across the Baltic States. A fine, dry and sunnier day through Spain, The Balearics, Greece, The Balkans and much of Italy.
