An area of heavy rain will lie from Norway into the Low Countries and northern France is expected to push east into all of France, Germany and northern Spain. Another band of heavy, thundery rain will affect the far south of Italy and Scilly. Spells of sleety rain will slow clear Finland with a dry day to come for the Baltic States, Poland and Denmark. Continued fine and dry through the Balkans into Turkey and Cyprus.

A windy day across central parts of the Mediterranean today with lots of heavy showers and thunderstorms across southern Italy and Greece. A large area of fine, dry and mostly sunny weather will extend from Spain into France, the United Kingdom into the Low Countries and Germany. Windy with gales across Scandinavia along with spells of rain. A band of lighter rain will be moving across the Baltic Region and Poland.
