Staying mostly fine and settled Sunday
Today
High pressure now centred over western parts of Europe will give a large part of mainland Europe a fine, settled day with plenty of sunshine from Iberia through France into Germany and the Low Countries. A line of heavy, thundery showers will lie near the Balearics towards Sardinia and Scilly and across Tunisia. Showers too across parts of Italy and Turkey but a dry day for Greece. Another belt of rain will lie across Norway into southern Sweden and northern Poland but for the rest of Scandinavia and England it will be fine and dry with some sunshine. A mild day across much of Europe today.
Monday
A band of heavy, thundery rain will stretch from Tunisia across towards Scilly and the far south of Italy. The fine spells of dry sunny weather will continue across Spain into France, Italy, Germany into the Benelux Countries and Poland. A thinning belt of rain from Norway to the United Kingdom will tend to fade through the day. For the reminder of Scandinavia it's a dry day and a day, sunny day too is forecast for the Balkans, Austria and Switzerland.
