Lots of fine weather for Wednesday

Today
High pressure will give the United Kingdom a drier, sunnier day, but with low pressure in control, it's a very unsettled, breezy, cool and wet for much of central and northern Europe. Outbreaks of rain and showers are forecast across France, Germany, the Netherlands into Poland, Norway, Sweden and Finland. A dry day to come for the Baltic States into Russia. Rain is also expected to move into Switzerland and Austria.
Continued sunny, dry and very warm to hot from Portugal into Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey.

Wednesday
A deep low and an active front will spread rain across the United Kingdom into the Low Countries and northern France in the afternoon.
High pressure centred near the Balearics will give a large part of Europe a fine day. Lots of warm sunshine is expected across Iberia into southern France, Italy across into the Balkans. Dry and sunny too for The Alpine Region into the former Czech Republic into Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia. Still very warm but not quite so hot for Bulgaria today.
Outbreaks of rain will affect much of Scandinavia, Belarus with heavy, thundery rain moving across Russia.
