Some showers affecting the eastern coasts of Spain during today. It will be drier to the west and staying dry with bright or sunny spells across Portugal as well. A band of cloud and showery rain pushing southwards through northern France and the Low Countries as well as northern Germany. For Poland the weather will be more breezy, but generally dry, although some cloud and rain may affect far northern coasts later.
Southern parts of France should be drier with sunny spells, and it should stay fair throughout Switzerland, southern Germany, Austria and Hungary. Most of Italy and the former Yugoslavia may start dry with mist or fog patches, but these will be clearing away to leave the day largely sunny.
Greece and Turkey, as well as Cyprus and Crete should be dry with sunny spells. Fine too across Romania and Bulgaria, together with the Ukraine and Belarus.
A windy and unsettled day in the Baltic States with heavy periods of rain here. The rain extends to the far south of Finland, but the rest of Finland should be dry with sunny spells and it will be windy. A few showers over the western and northern coasts of Norway where it will be windy as well, although the rest of Norway, Denmark and Sweden should be mainly dry.

For France we expect a breezy day, but it should be generally dry with sunny spells, but some thicker cloud could affect the south.
Into Germany apart from an odd shower most places should be dry and much colder, but for southern areas there will be thicker cloud and some periods of rain. Heavier showers and strong winds through Poland and feeling cold. Rain, some heavy, into Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
For Italy it should be a dry day again with more sunshine to come, remaining dry in the former Yugoslavia as well. Dry again in Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Crete with lots of sunshine. mainly dry for the Ukraine, although rain in the west later, and a wet and windy day in Belarus.
