Heavy snow for southern Germany

It's looking very unsettled across Europe, especially in the east where deep low pressure dominates. Rather windy with some light rain or showers across England and eastern parts of France today. Western France looks fair and dry. Heavy snow is likely across Switzerland, Austria, southern parts of Germany and the Czech Republic. Snow showers will fall across Poland, The Baltic States and Norway mixed with sunny spells while Rain, sleet and snow affect Finland.
An area of heavy rain will lie across Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey with winds at gale force. The fine, sunny weather will prevail across Portugal and Spain today and here it will be the warmest place to be. Chilly but fine and sunny across Italy and Greece.

A cold north wind will be blowing across northern Europe today. Cloudy across England and France today with some patchy light rain. Gusty winds will bring lots of showers to Denmark, Holland and Belgium. Very cold across Germany today with rain in the north and snow in the south. Cold too with a risk of snow across the Czech Republic, Western Poland the Alpine Region. Eastern Poland looks dry with sunny spells. Windy across Finland, The Baltic States into Belarus and the Ukraine with rain, sleet and snow. Another areas of heavier rain is likely across Turkey.
Again best of today's dry, sunny weather will be across Iberia and the Balearics with a fine day too for Italy and Greece with lots of sunshine. Lots of showers to come across Norway with some sunshine in the east. Fine and mainly dry across Sweden today but cold.
