Very warm through the eastern Mediterranean

Today
A mild, mostly sunny and dry day to come across the United Kingdom, The Low Countries, northern Germany and the north of France. Ann area of moderate to locally heavy rain will extend from central parts of France into southern Germany, The Alpine Region, Italy and across into the former Czech Republic, southern Poland and Hungary.
After a chilly start with a local frost, high pressure will give much of Scandinavia, Denmark, Holland, northern Poland, The Baltic States and Russia a fine, dry day with long sunny spells after early fog patches disperse. Dry too across the Ukraine and Belarus with sunny skies. Some light rain ort showers are forecast across the former Yugoslavia with heavy showers for Romania. A belt of showery rain will affect Portugal and the far north of Spain but fine and sunny in the south. Fine too across the Balearics and the far south of France. Sunny and very warm today across Greece and Turkey

Wednesday
England and western parts of France will see morning rain clearing to sunnier spells during the afternoon while the rain spreads in across eastern France. After a fine morning a number of showers develop across the Low Counties.
High pressure across Scandinavia will maintain today so it will be staying dry and sunny across Norway, Sweden and Finland. This high will also give Russia, Belarus, The Baltic States, Poland and Germany a dry day with good spells of sunshine once early fog patches clear away. Frosty here to start the day as well. An area of rain will stretch from the Ukraine in across Romania, Hungary, the former Czech Republic and the Alpine Region into the former Yugoslavia and northern Italy. A few showers are likely across Spain along with sunny spells. Lots of sunshine will prevail from the Balearics into southern Italy, Greece and Turkey.
