Some heavy periods of rain across northeast Spain

Some heavy periods of showery rain for the northeast of Spain today. This band of cloud and showery rain extends into the south of France too, where some of it could be heavy at times. Across the rest of Spain and Portugal it will be a fair day with good spells of sunshine and is likely to be feeling warm too. Over much of northern and central parts of France the day is going to be dry with warm spells of sunshine too. Showers affecting the Low Countries, northern and central parts of Germany too. The showers could be heavy at times and some could be heavy. Cloud and showers in Poland too, with thicker cloud to the south producing more persistent rain.
Cloud and more periods of rain across Austria and Hungary, with this cloud extending into Switzerland too. That rain could be heavy in places.
Over northern Italy there is the risk of some periods of rain. Through the rest of Italy the day should be fine with plenty of sunshine to come through all places. High pressure through Greece and Turkey bringing lots of sunshine here and it will be feeling warm as well. High pressure extending across Bulgaria and Romania bringing more sunshine and very warm conditions.
A band of cloud and showery bursts of rain passing through the Baltic States. Heavier periods of rain into Finland and the north of Norway and Sweden too. Showers to the south of Norway and Sweden, these extending through Denmark, some of them heavy at times.

Sunday
A fine day for Spain and Portugal. plenty of sunshine throughout and feeling warm as well. A dry day to come across France as well with more sunshine here. The fine weather extends through the Low Countries and western parts of Germany. Some thicker cloud will be bringing periods of showers and rain across Poland and eastern Germany. Further cloud and rain for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland too. Some of the rain could be heavy and thundery at times.
An increased risk of showers for the northern half of Italy, these becoming thundery at times. The rain could be heavy in the far north. For southern Italy it should be dry with plenty of sunshine. Across Greece it will be dry with more sunshine and warm conditions, whilst showers affect Turkey. More fine weather to come through Bulgaria and Romania.
Cloud and some outbreaks of showery rain in the Baltic States, whilst a few showers affect Finland. A scattering of showers too over Sweden, with heavier showers in Denmark. Cloud and some periods of rain in Norway.
