Rain through northern Europe, some heavy; fair to the south with lots of warm sunshine
Tuesday
A dry day through most of Spain and Portugal, but the chance of an evening thunderstorm in the south of Spain. The dry weather extends throughout France with some more periods of sunshine here. Plenty of dry weather too across the Low Countries and Germany with lots of sunshine too. The dry weather extends through Austria and Hungary and well as Switzerland.
High pressure bringing another fine day over Italy with lots of sunshine and it will be very warm here as well. The weather stays fine over Greece and Turkey with more sunshine throughout the day. For Bulgaria and Romania conditions are likely to be more showery and there is the risk of some heavy showers breaking out here at times.
To the north the weather will be fair and sunny across most of the Baltic States. Rain affecting the north of Finland, but the south of the country should be dry with sunny spells. W dindier day to come across Sweden with some showers in the north, whilst a few showers affect Denmark too. More persistent rain for Norway and stronger winds to the south, some of the rain heavy at times.
Wednesday
Scattered thundery showers breaking out over the mountains of southern Spain today. Elsewhere through Spain and Portugal the weather should be fair with lots of sunshine throughout the day. Thickening cloud and some showers affecting northern France, whilst the south of the country should be dry with good spells of sunshine. A few showers for the Low Countries and central Germany but for most places it should be dry with sunny spells. A fine day over much of Poland, but showers and cloud in the west. Dry for Austria and Hungary, and staying dry with sunshine over Switzerland too.
For Italy the day is going to be dry with lots of sunshine and should be feeling warm too. Some showers for the eastern Aegean, but for most of Greece the day will be dry with sunshine. Showers over central and western Turkey, but southern and eastern Turkey should be dry with sunshine. Showers over Bulgaria and Romania, some of them heavy and thundery.
Showers across the Baltic States with more persistent rain passing eastwards across Finland. Some showers for western Sweden too, but to the east it will be dry with sunny spells. Further showers across Denmark, whilst heavier showers and rain ill be affecting Norway.
