Very warm in southern areas with plenty of sunshine, but some thundery rain over northern Europe
Tuesday
A few thundery showers for the south of Spain and Portugal today. Elsewhere it should be fair with some sunny spells and should be staying generally fine. More sunshine and dry weather over most of France, although there is the threat of some thunderstorms breaking out across the Low Countries and western parts of Germany. For Poland the showers continue to the north, but for the rest of the country it should stay dry.
Over Austria and Hungary the day is likely to be mainly dry, although there is the threat of a shower breaking out in the afternoon. Switzerland also sees the risk of a thunderstorm over the mountains during the later part of the day.
For Italy the day is going to be dry with plenty of sunshine, and this fine and sunny weather should affect all parts of Greece too. Some thundery showers over inland parts of Turkey, and to the north but for most of the country it should be dry. Heavy showers for Bulgaria and Romania but these should be well scattered.
Heavy, thundery showers affecting the Baltic States, and these showers moving into Finland too. For the rest of Finland it should be dry with plenty of sunshine. More dry weather and lots of sunshine to come across Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Wednesday
Once again on Wednesday there will be a scattering of showers over Lisbon and Spain, mainly over the hills. For much of France the day should be dry with sunny spells, although a few heavy showers are likely over inland areas. Cloud and some drizzle affecting northwestern France. Mainly dry over Poland with sunny spells, thanks to high pressure to the north.

For Italy the day should be dry with sunny spells throughout. More sunshine across the whole of Greece and it should be dry as well. The dry weather affects the whole of Turkey and Bulgaria, and most of Romania should be dry too.
