Feeling more like spring in Spain & Portugal but still cold in the east

Tuesday
A dry day through Portugal and Spain with some good spells of sunshine to come, especially in the west. There will be dry conditions for southern parts of France whilst to the north there will be thicker cloud and some outbreaks of rain. Cloud and rain affects the Low Countries as well, with some sleet and snow over the west of Germany. Eastern Germany should be dry and cold, and this dry, cold weather extends through Poland as well. More cloud and some snow through Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
A dry day through Italy with some sunny spells here. This sunshine and dry weather extends into Greece and Turkey as well as Cyprus and Crete. Over Bulgaria and Romania the day will be dry with sunny spells, whilst to the far west there will be cloud and some sleet.
Heading north it will be windy and cold through the Baltic States with a few snow showers here. Cold too over Finland and dry with sunny spells. More sunshine and some dry, cold conditions to come across Sweden and most of Denmark whilst most of Norway will be cloudy with some outbreaks of drizzle here and there.

Wednesday
Fair across Spain and Portugal with sunny spells and dry here as well. A few showers over the west of France, but to the east it will be cold and dry. Some light rain brushing the northern coasts of the Low Countries and Germany, but elsewhere through these areas it will be dry with sunny spells and feeling cold. A chilly day in Poland with more sunny spells here, and the cold, fair weather affecting much of Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
To the south there will be some rain in the south of Italy, this heavy at times. To the north it will be chilly with a few showers but should be mainly dry. Generally dry over Greece, but some hefty showers affecting Crete and the west of Turkey. Much of eastern Turkey should be dry with some sunshine here. A few showers too through Bulgaria and Romania.
To the north there is a risk of some snow through the Baltic States, this becoming heavy at times. Some snow over the south of Finland too, but dry elsewhere with sunny spells. A fair day through Norway with some sunshine here, whilst cloud and some snow showers trouble Norway and Denmark.
