Showery rain in the Mediterranean, fair to the east
Thursday
Some cloud and further showery outbreaks of rain to come across eastern parts of Spain and through the Balearics. Central and western Spain, as well as Portugal should be fine with some good spells of sunshine to come here. There will be some cloud and showers over southern France, but through central and northern parts of France the weather should be dry with sunny spells. A breezy and fair day over the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Similar weather through Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
Cloud and patchy rain over northern Italy, but central and southern parts of the country should be fine with sunny spells. Dry through Greece with some good spells of sunshine. Fair over Turkey, Crete and Cyprus with sunny spells here. Broken cloud over Bulgaria and Romania whilst to the north the Baltic States should be mainly fair with sunny spells.
Finland will have cloud and periods of drizzle, this affecting northern parts of Sweden too. South Sweden is going to be dry with sunny spells. Fair over most of Norway and Denmark with dry conditions and sunny spells here.

More unsettled conditions in the central Mediterranean through today. These will be bringing rain and showers through Italy, southern parts of France, the Balearics and eastern parts of Spain. Central and western areas of Spain should be brighter with some sunny spells to come here. Northern France and the Low Countries as well as much of central Europe from Germany, through Poland and into Austria, Hungary and Switzerland should all be dry too.
The fair weather extends through Denmark and into the south of Norway and Sweden. Northern parts of Scandinavia will be cloudier with patchy rain at times and this extends through Finland too.
To the south there will be some showery outbreaks of rain across Greece, and these extending towards Turkey. Bulgaria and Romania should be fine with good spells of sunshine. Crete and Cyprus will be fine with some sunny spells throughout.
