Today
With high pressure in charge, there will be plenty of fine, warm weather cross much of Europe today. Lots of sunshine will be found across the United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland into Denmark and Germany though across the far south of Germany a number of showers will be brewing. A few scattered, mainly light showers will also develop across Poland but lots of warm sunshine is also expected. Much of Iberia will again be fine and sunny but a few scattered showers will affect parts of central Spain. Fine and sunny into the Balearics while lots of showers again pop up across Sardinia, Corsica and across into Italy and the Alpine Region. These will be heavy with a risk of scattered thunderstorms. Across the former Yugoslavia into Greece and Turkey expect lots of sunshine and it will be dry. This also extends up into Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. More unsettled with spells of rain for Norway and Sweden today while it's Finland's turn to be dry. Another dry day across the Baltic States into Russia.
Monday
More unsettled with rain moving in across England and this rain will extend south across western France into Portugal and western Spain. Sunnier with a few heavy showers across eastern Spain into the Balearics. For eastern France, the Low Countries and much of Germany it remains warm with good sunny spells and a scattering of light showers. A few showers too are expected across the Alpine Region. For Holland, Poland, Denmark, much of Belarus and the Baltic States it looks fine and dry with lots of sunshine. Just a few showers across western coasts of Norway otherwise fine and sunny weather will prevail eastward into Sweden. An area of light rain will lie across Finland, Russia into northern parts of the Ukraine. Plenty of showers will again redevelop across Italy with a risk of thunder. Heavy thundery rain is expected across Turkey with lots of sunshine for Greece and the former Yugoslavia but still a few showers here as well. Largely fine and dry across Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.
