Rain through France, the Balearics and eastern Spain

Friday
Showery bursts of rain affecting the east of Spain through today, one or two of the showers heavy at times. This showery rain extends northwards through France and again it could be heavy here in places. For western Spain and Portugal the day should be dry with some sunny spells. Much of the central and eastern Mediterranean should be dry too, although a few showers could affect the mountains of Italy. Much of Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Crete all stay dry.
Over central Europe there could be dry weather with sunny spells for Switzerland, Germany and the Low Countries, although cooler weather with some showers will be affecting Poland, Austria and Hungary.
To the north cloud and some showery rain is through the Baltic States and Finland, whilst much of Sweden is dry with sunny spells. Some cloud and patchy rain over western parts of Norway.

Saturday
Sunny spells and dry through most of Spain and Portugal today. There will be more unsettled weather over the Balearics where low pressure will bring some rain or showers. The east of France is going to be cloudy with some rain too, although to the west it should be dry with sunny spells. Some cloud and showery rain through the Low Countries, with most of Germany fine in some sunny spells. Showers for Poland, some of them heavy in places. Austria, Hungary and Switzerland may find a few showers breaking out too.
For Italy the day is going to be dry with sunny spells throughout. Greece will have some sunshine as well, although showers could affect central Turkey. Crete and Cyprus should be dry with sunny spells. The dry weather extends through Bulgaria and Romania.
To the north the Baltic States should be dry and apart from an isolated wintry shower Finland should be dry too. A fine day to come through Sweden, although cold. An odd shower in Denmark but generally dry here and dry too through Norway.
