A slow improvement for Italy, Greece and Turkey

Thursday
High pressure through Spain is going to be bringing a fine day here. There will be lots of dry weather and some good spells of sunshine too throughout the day. This sunshine and dry weather extends into France and the Low Countries and also across Germany and into Poland. A few showers could trouble Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland later in the day.
Mixed weather continues across Italy where there will be some showers, a few of them on the heavy side, especially in the south. For the mainland of Greece and Turkey an old front continues to bring cloud and some showery bursts of rain here, but for Crete and Cyprus the weather is setb fair with sunny spells.
High pressure extends through Bulgaria and Romania with fine conditions here, and this fine weather extends north to the Baltic Sates. A few showers for eastern Finland but to the west it will be dry. A fair day too for most of Sweden, Denmark and Norway with long spells of sunshine throughout.

Friday
A weak front could bring a few showers to the west of Portugal, but for most of the country and for Spain the day should be dry with good sunny spells. More sunshine to come across France although there is an increased risk of a shower breaking out here. A fine day too for the Low Countries, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland; all places seeing good spells of sunshine although there could be some morning mist.
A few showers may affect eastern parts of Italy but generaly the day should be dry here with sunny spells. More sunshine to come through Greece, but some showers moving south towards Crete. Showers through central Turkey, but dry for Cyprus. Fair weather for Bulgaria and Romania with plenty of sunshine here throughout the day.
To the north high pressure is going to be bringing another fine day to much of Scandinavia. Plenty of sunshine throughout over Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
