An unsettled look to the weather across most of Europe
Tuesday
Cloud and some outbreaks of rain over the north of Spain bringing some outbreaks of rain here. There could be some cloud through eastern Spain too. For much of Iberia the day will be fine with good spells of sunshine. Some cloud and rain in western France, but dry to the east with sunny spells. More cloud and some spots of rain in the Low Countries. fair for much of Poland and Germany, with the risk of some morning fog patches. A few showers for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, but generally dry with some sunny spells here.
Low pressure centred over Italy will be bringing some unsettled weather here. There will be showers or longer spells of rain and some of these could be heavy at times. A few showers to come through Greece, although high pressure over Cyprus and Turkey will be giving dry weather and some sunshine here. More sunshine and dry weather in the eastern parts of Bulgaria and Romania, but cloud and outbreaks of rain to the west.
To the north there will be cloud and rain through the Baltic States, some pushing into Finland. For the far south of Sweden there will be some cloud and rain, whilst elsewhere across the country there will be cold conditions, although it should be dry.
Wednesday
A fair day for much of Iberia. There will be some good spells of sunshine, although cloud and spots of rain affect the far northwest of Portugal and northern Spain. Cloud and some spots of rain over the far southwest of France, but high pressure is central France brings fair conditions, with some mist or fog patches in the morning. The area of high pressure affects the Low Countries as well with mainly fair weather here. Some cloud and a few showers affecting Poland and Germany. Austria and Hungary have a tendency for some showers to form, but Switzerland should be dry with sunny spells.
A fair day in the north of Italy, but showers and some rain affect the south. Heavy showers to come through Greece and Turkey, but Cyprus and Crete should both be dry with sunny spells. Showers in Bulgaria and Romania, some of them heavy at times.
The Baltic States and Finland will be wintry with cloud and snow here. Most of Sweden and Norway are dry and chilly with sunny spells, although some cloud and outbreaks of rain may affect southern Denmark.
