Today
Further outbreaks of are expected across the United Kingdom today but much it will be quite light. Dry today across much of France with some sunshine and occasional cloud. Outbreaks of snow will affect the Low Countries and will stretch eastward into Germany, Poland, Belarus into the Ukraine and will be heavy. It stays dry and sunny across Norway and Sweden while heavy snow and freezing rain will affect Finland. Another dry but cold day for the Baltic Region and western Russia. Cold with snow forecast across she former Yugoslavia. Mainly dry today for Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. Dry as well with sunny spells cross Greece and Turkey. Cold across Italy today with sleet, rain and snow. Wet too across Portugal and Spain with outbreaks of mainly light rain.
Tuesday
Strong winds will move into the United Kingdom and western France today. Expect a mix of rain, sleet and snow across Britain with outbreaks of rain across western France and Iberia and it will be quite heavy rain. Largely a dry day for the Balearics until rain arrives in the evening. Severe frosts will affect much of central and eastern Europe today. Sunny and dry weather will prevail across Norway, Sweden and Denmark under high pressure. Look for snow today across parts of Finland with snow also across Russia. Cold but dry with sunny spells across the Baltic States and Belarus. Further falls of snow are forecast across Poland and the Ukraine. A dry, bright day to come across Belgium, Holland and Germany with some sunshine. A lot of cloud across Italy today with sleety rain while more snow will fall over the Alps. Expect some snow across Romania the former Yugoslavia with lots of heavy showers for Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria.
