Today
A cloudy day with some patchy light rain across the United Kingdom today. Heavier, more persistent rain is expected across western France and northern Spain. Mainly dry with a mix of cloud and sunnier spells across Belgium, Holland and Denmark today. Rain, sleet and snow is forecast across Germany with a large area of snow across Sweden, Finland, the Baltic States into Poland, Belarus across the Ukraine into Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary. This will be locally heavy. Some heavy snow showers to come across western Norway today but dry in the east. Dry and very cold across Russia. A showery day across Greece but with some sunshine as well. Rain mixed with sleet and snow is expected across Turkey with outbreaks of heavy snow for Serbia and Croatia. Across Italy largely dry with sunny spells..

Spells of rain, sleet and wet snow are expected across the United Kingdom today. A wet windy across France with spells of rain, heavy in the east. Fair and dry across Belgium and the Netherlands. Snow is expected across Germany with heavy snow over the Alps. More snow too fall across Norway, Sweden into Poland, The Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria today. Largely a dry but very cold day for Finland, Russia, Belarus and the Baltic States. A lot of cloud across Portugal and Spain with some patchy light rain. A dry day across the Balearics but a belt of heavy rain across Corsica and Sardinia spreads into Italy very late in the day. A dry, sunnier day across the former Yugoslavia and Greece while a cold day to come across Turkey with snow and snow showers.
