More snow in the east

Today
A bit milder today across the United Kingdom but rain and drizzle is expected. A fine, dry day to come for France with sunny spells. Rather cloudy but mainly dry across Belgium and Holland. Some light snow is in the forecast for Denmark, southern parts of Norway into Germany and becomes more heavy into Poland, the Baltic States into Russia and Belarus. A dry day but cold for Sweden and southern Finland. Cold today with scattered light snow for Romania into the former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria. A mainly dry albeit cloudy day across Greece. Just some light rain today across western Turkey. Rather cold and cloudy too for Italy but dry. As outbreaks of rain across Iberia spread north, some snow is likely for northern Spain. Rain too for the Balearics with snow across the Alpine Region.

Tuesday
Some rain to come across southern parts of England today. Mostly dry but cloudy for northern France along with Belgium and the Netherlands. A very wet day across Portugal and Spain with heavy spells of rain and this will extend into south west France, the Balearics into Italy and Greece. A dry but quite cloudy day across Germany. Some light snow across the Alpine Region today. Another area of snow will lie across Norway, Denmark, parts of Sweden and Finland into Poland, Russia and the Ukraine. Some of this will be on the heavy side. Just some light snow flurries today for Hungary and the former Yugoslavia. Wet today across Bulgaria with heavy rain but fair and dry across Romania and Turkey. Temperatures will remain below freezing from Germany east and north onto Scandinavia and eastern Europe.
