Today
Mainly a dry day across England today. Just a few wintry showers to come for Belgium and Holland. Rain is likely across southern parts of France with one or two showers in the north. Heavy snowfall will affect The Alpine Region today. Cold across Spain with some rain and wintry showers. An area of heavier rain will lie from the Balearics into Italy, the former Yugoslavia into Hungary with sleet and rain into the Ukraine. Some light rain to come across Germany with snow over Bavaria. Light snow is expected across Poland today with an area of heavy snow forecast across Norway, Sweden, Denmark into the Baltic States and Russia. Light snow is likely across southern Finland with the north dry. A dry but largely cloudy day across Greece with Turkey dry and sunnier.

Cold across Britain with a few snow showers. Outbreaks of rain and showers will affect western and central parts of France with the east dry. Rain and snow showers are forecast across Belgium and Holland with outbreaks of heavy snow expected across Norway and Sweden. A dry, cold day to come for Finland. Lighter snow is likely across Denmark into Germany. Another area of heavier snow will fall across the Baltic States into Russia, Belarus into Poland and then across Austria into Hungary and Switzerland. Plenty of heavy showers to come today across a milder former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Romania. Rain is forecast for Turkey and the Ukraine. Spells of moderate to heavier rain will affect Italy. Milder across Iberia today with a few showers across Portugal and dry, sunnier weather across Spain into the Balearics.
