Summery across Iberia

Today
High pressure will give much of western Europe a dry day. Lots of sunshine in the forecast across England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany today. Warm across France as well. Rather cold across Scandinavia with outbreaks of sleet and snow for Norway and Sweden and mainly snow across Finland. Just a few showers through Denmark. An area of rain is expected across Belarus, northern parts of the Ukraine and across Poland. Scattered showers will fall across Hungary with rain across the Alpine Region and some heavy showers across Italy into Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia. Lots of fine sunshine today across Romania and this extends south into Bulgaria and Greece. Unsettled for Turkey with rain and showers. The very warm, sunny weather continues across Portugal, Spain and the Balearics.

Not as cold today across Scandinavia but it does look quite wet with heavy rain for Norway and Sweden while Finland can expect a dry day with sunny spells. Rain too to come across Russia today and this extends into Belarus and the Ukraine. Mostly sunny and dry across the Baltic States into Poland and Hungary. Continued dry as well with sunny spells across Poland, Germany, Denmark, the Low Countries into England and France. Another very warm and sunny day across Iberia into the Balearics. More heavy showers will develop across Italy with some light rain across the former Yugoslavia. A number of showers also develop across Romania today but staying fine across Bulgaria into Greece and a dry, sunny day to come across Turkey as well. Just a few scattered showers across the Alps today.
