The best sunshine in the south, but rain in the east through Monday
Easter Sunday
A fine day to come across Spain and Portugal with high pressure in control of the weather here. There will be fair weather for much of France too, although some hefty showers will be affecting more northern areas. These showers will be affecting northern coasts of the Low Countries, as rain followed by showers pass eastwards through Germany. A mainly fair day for Poland, although there will be some cloud and rain in the west later. A fair day for Hungary, although Austria will have some cloud and patchy rain. Sunny spells and mainly dry in Switzerland.
Cloud and some rain affecting northern Italy, but for most of the country the day is going to be dry with sunny spells. A fine day too with plenty of sunshine across Greece and Turkey. Dry with sunshine for Bulgaria and Romania.
Some cloud and showers will trouble the Baltic States with cloud and rain in Finland. Fair in Sweden with sunny spells here, but cloud and rain for Denmark and southern Norway.
Holiday Monday
Cloud for the far south of Spain today, but generally the day is going to be fine with good spells of sunshine. The sunshine extends through France and it stays dry here as well. Sunshine too across the Low Countries and Germany with the fair weather stretching to Poland. Highs pressure brings yet more sunshine for Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
The northern half of Italy has a fair day with good spells of sunshine. To the south there will be cloud and showers, or even some longer spells of rain. More showers to come for Greece, but for Turkey the day is going to be fair with some good spells of sunshine here. Dry with sunny spells for most of Bulgaria and Romania, but some cloud and rain in the west.
To the north there will be some sunny spells through the Baltic States and it should be dry, with fair weather in Finland as well. Cloud and some showery rain trouble the south of Norway and Sweden, but the north should be fair with sunny spells.
