More thunderstorms for France

Today
More cloudy but still warm across Britain today with a risk of some rain coming into the west. The far north of France will have a fine, dry day with sunny skies. Some sunshine also for the rest of France but lots of showers will develop and many are going to be heavy wit a risk of scattered thunderstorms. A few showers will also develop across Belgium and Denmark but fine and sunny across Holland. High pressure in the east of Europe will again keep it sunny and warm across Germany, Poland, Hungary, the Baltic States and this extends into Belarus into the Ukraine. A few heavy showers again form across Switzerland with plenty of heavy showers with thunder to be found across Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia into Romania and Bulgaria. The dry, sunny and warm weather continues across Greece and Turkey. Hot, dry and sunny for Portugal and Spain with sunny skies into the Balearics and much of Italy as well. Perhaps just one or two showers develop across inland parts of Italy in the afternoon. It's looking a bit more unsettled but pleasantly warm across Scandinavia. A day of sunshine and showers for Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Wednesday
Lots of warm, sunny weather to come across the United Kingdom today and this extends across the north and west of France. Some heavy showers and thunderstorms will affect southern France today. Very hot and sunny across Spain with a high of 44C in Seville. Some heavy and thundery showers will also affect Switzerland and Bavaria today. Sunny and warm into the Low countries a swell as for Holland, Denmark, southern Sweden and the bulk of Germany. High pressure across eastern Europe maintains with a fine, summer's day and long spells of sunshine from Russia into the Baltic States Belarus into Poland and Hungary. Some sunshine but also a number of heavy showers with thunder are forecast to develop across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Romania and with a few across northern Greece and Turkey. Just the odd shower across southern Italy otherwise it's sunny and warm. Much of Finland looks dry and there will be showers across northern Norway with the south fine and sunny and pleasantly warm across Scandinavia.
