More sunshine for southern Europe, but rain in the north

Sunday
Thundery showers over inland areas through today, although there will be sunny spells and warm conditions. Heavy showers affecting the west of France, with a risk of thunderstorms here. Drier weather for central and eastern France with good spells of sunshine. More dry weather and sunny spells for the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Very warm for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland with sunny spells.
Fine with plenty of sunshine for Italy and very warm here too. Remaining fair through Greece with more sunshine here, although there will be some heavy showers for Turkey. Further heavy showers across Bulgaria and Romania.
Showers for the Baltic States whilst Finland is dry with plenty of sunshine. Norway and Sweden as well as Denmark will be dry with lots of sunshine and only light winds.

Monday
A hot day to come for Spain and Portugal with plenty of sunshine. There is a risk of a shower developing over the hills and mountains. High pressure should keep France fair with more sunshine here, and it will be remaining dry as well. More sunshine to come through the Low Countries and Germany, although some heavy showers and rain troubling Poland. Showers too for Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
Italy should have a pleasant day with more sunshine to come here and staying dry through the day. The high pressure remains through Greece with sunny spells here. Staying fine for Turkey with more sunny spells. Bulgaria and Romania will be staying fine as well.
A fair day for the Baltic States and Finland with sunny spells and dry weather here. Denmark and Sweden as well as Norway will be cooler and more unsettled with rain, heavy at times in the south.
