Fine across Spain
Today
A dry and sunnier day to come across Britain today. Much of France should also get by with a mainly dry day as well. A few heavy showers are forecast for Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Germany along with some bright or sunnier spells. Heavy rain is expected across parts of Switzerland across Austria in Hungary across parts of Poland into the Baltic States. Things are heating up across eastern parts of Europe again and across Russia, Belarus into the Ukraine it's looking fine and sunny. Frequent, heavy showers and thunderstorms are to affect Romania, the former Yugoslavia, Albania and Bulgaria while Greece is fine and sunny. More cloudy across Turkey with a few showers. Rather cloudy, wet and windy with rain expected across Italy. Lots of fine, and very warm sunshine to come across Portugal, Spain and into the Balearics today. Quite a cool weather picture across Scandinavia but apart form the odd shower across Sweden, it looks settled and dry.

High pressure will be dominating much of western Europe today. So a fine, sunny and warmer day to come across Britain with lots of sunshine as well into France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Germany. An area of rain and heavy showers is expected across the Baltic States down into Belarus, the western Ukraine, Poland into Romania, Bulgaria and Albania. Just a few light showers are possible across Greece with a sunny, dry day across all of Turkey. Things improve today across Italy with just a few showers. The fine, very warm and sunny weather continues across Spain and The Balearics today. Across much of Scandinavia it will remain a bit chilly but Norway, Sweden and Finland all will be dry with some good sunny spells. A warm, dry day in store for much of Russia.
