Today
The fine, dry and mostly sunny weather is going to persist across England into France, Belgium, Holland and into Demark. Just some patchy early mist at first. Apart from a few showers across Bavaria, much of Germany looks dry with sunny spells. Eastern parts of Poland and thee Baltic States will have rain during the day while frequent, heavy showers with scattered thunderstorms affect Belarus, The Ukraine and Romania. For western Poland a lot of fine, sunny weather to come and this is to extend north into Norway, Sweden and Finland with lots of sunshine. Heavy rain is forecast today across the former Yugoslavia with showers into Albania and Romania. Mainly dry today across Hungary with much of Greece and Turkey having a dry, sunny and warm day. A lot of cloud today will be found across Italy with outbreaks of rain and showers. Sunny and very warm weather is forecast across Portugal, Spain and the Balearics. Just a few showers to come across Austria and Switzerland. Still very warm today in the east and across Iberia.

A large area of high pressure is going to produce a fine, summery and warm day from the United Kingdom across into France, the Low Countries and into Germany. Hot and sunny weather will also prevail across Portugal, Spain across the Mediterranean into Italy as well. Just one or two showers today over the Alpine Region of Switzerland. Fine and sunny across Austria. A few showers to come today for Denmark while an area of rain and heavy showers affects eastern Poland, The Baltic States, The Ukraine, Romania into Turkey. Some of these showers will produce torrential downpours of rain and will be accompanied by thunderstorms. Mostly fine across Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia into Greece with sunny spells and very warm. Western parts of Poland look dry but with a lot of cloud. Again a dry, pleasantly warm and sunny day across Norway, Sweden, Finland and into Russia as well.
