Warm for much of Europe

Today
Dry across England today and still warm but fresher. A few showers are expected across Belgium and Holland but sunny spells as well. There will be a few scattered showers across parts of France today but a good deal of dry, sunny weather and very warm here as well. Some rain moves into western Norway but for eastern Norway, Sweden and Denmark it will be dry and mostly sunny. It's a day of sunshine and showers across Finland. A few showers too across Russia and Belarus while all parts of Poland and Germany have a dry, fine and warm day. Some heavier showers to come across the Ukraine, Romania, the former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria today. Lots of sunshine and it will be dry and very warm across Greece and Turkey. Across Italy expect sunny spells and a few sharp showers in the afternoon. A cloudier day across the north of Spain and Portugal with some patchy rain or showers while the south stays sunny and hot. Dry and sunny across the Balearics into Corsica and Sardinia.

Saturday
A very warm day to across Portugal and Spain with just a few showers in the south. Some heavy showers develop in the afternoon across central and eastern parts of England with heavier showers into Belgium. Mainly fine and dry across Holland and Denmark. Dry as well across England, Germany into Poland and Hungary with lots of warm sunshine. More unsettled and very warm across Norway and especially Sweden with some heavy showers developing. Finland though looks fine and sunny as does Russia, The Baltic States into Belarus. Some heavy showers today across the northern Ukraine area with sunny spells and just a few showers today across the former Yugoslavia, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania. A fine, sunny day for Turkey and also for Italy.
