Fine through the Mediterranean
Today
A dry day for much of England. Just a few showers across the north of France but sunny and warm in central and southern areas. A few showers to across Belgium, Holland and Denmark while much of Germany and western Poland is fine, dry and mostly sunny. A very warm to hot and sunny day across Spain with temperatures in the mid forties in Seville. A fine, warm day to come across much of Scandinavia with lots of sunshine, just a few showers for western Norway. More in the way of heavy showers to come across the Baltic States, eastern Poland into Hungary, Austria, the Ukraine and Romania and some of these will be thundery. Some heavy showers too develop across Italy but fine and sunny across Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Tuesday
Mostly fine and dry across England today with all of France dry and warm with sunny spells. Lots of fine sunshine as well across Belgium and Holland. Most of Germany and Denmark will also be dry except for one or two showers. A wet day across Poland with outbreaks of rain. Plenty of heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast across the Baltic States, Russia into Belarus, The Ukraine into Hungary, Austria and parts of the former Yugoslavia. Some torrential downpours are likely with hail. Sunny and warm weather will be found across Romania, Greece and Turkey. A day of sunshine and showers for Italy but fine and sunny weather prevails across the Balearics with another hot, sunny day for Spain and Portugal. Some rain will move into western Norway but in the east and across Sweden it's a dry day. For Finland showers are likely.
