Wednesday
Fine again for most of Portugal and Spain. Once again there could be some heavy showers developing inland. Through France the day should be dry with plenty of sunshine, although an increasing amount of cloud affecting northern coasts. Hazy sunshine over the Low Countries, but fine through Germany and Poland with more sunshine here. The area of high pressure extends through Hungary and Austria, affecting Switzerland as well.
A fine day to come for Italy with more sunshine here through the day. There is a risk of a shower affecting western Greece, but for most of Greece, Crete and Cyprus the day is going to be dry and sunny. A few showers could break out over Turkey, and again showers are possible in Bulgaria and Romania.
Heading north there could be scattered showers through the Baltic States and into Finland too. More fine weather for Sweden and Denmark, with cloud and rain spreading eastwards into western Norway later.

Thursday
Thunderstorms developing across Spain and Portugal today, some of these heavy. Coastal areas should be dry with sunny spells and will become very warm. A warm day through France too with plenty of sunshine. Fine for the Low Countries and Germany with more sunshine here and another fine day for Poland. Austria, Hungary and Switzerland will all have sunny spells and will be remaining warm.
Plenty of sunshine to come across Italy throughout today. This sunshine extends through Greece, with some heavy showers forming over Turkey and running north towards Bulgaria and Romania.
The baltic States should be dry with sunny spells, and it stays dry in Finland as well. Generally fair across Sweden, although some cloud and showery rain troubles Denmark. Norway will be mainly dry with sunny spells, although some cloud in the west later.
