Today
A fine, warm and sunny day expected across England today. Much of France too looks that way but some heavy rain will be in the far east and it remains very unsettled and wet across Germany, the Low Countries into Denmark and The Alpine Region with showers and longer spells of rain. With that strong cell of high pressure in charge. All of Scandinavia into Russia, the Baltic States, Belarus into Poland and The Ukraine. Just a few showers develop across Hungary today but mainly dry. Lots of very warm and sunny weather to come across Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Greece and Turkey. Fine and sunny as well across Italy and much of Spain and Portugal except for a few showers still for eastern Spain.

Some showers develop across Britain today with rain across Belgium and Holland. Germany will again be very unsettled and wet with heavy showers and longer spells of rain. Today these showers will also develop across Poland, Sweden and Hungary, some heavy as well. Rain is expected across Norway but mainly a dry day across Denmark with lots of sunshine for Finland into Russia. A dry day for the Baltic States into Belarus and eastern parts of the Ukraine. In the west a few sharp showers are expected. Mostly dry and sunny into Romania with a very warm and sunny day across the former Yugoslavia, Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey. A beautiful day across the Mediterranean today. Sunny skies will prevail from Portugal across into Spain, the Balearics into Sardinia, Corsica and Italy. Dry too across all of France with sunny spells.
